My Checklist

On embarkation Skipper certifies that he/she is:

1. Trained and certified on this boat,

2. Comfortable with the condition of the boat, the safety equipment, and weather conditions,

3. Has instructed his/her crew about basic safety rules and recommended the use of PFD's,

4. Accepts responsibility for the first $1,000 of loss or damage arising during the course of this reservation.

On return the Skipper certifies that he/she has reported safety problems to the Boat Chief and that he/she has left the boat clean and ready for use.
